Gradient Sky...

Today's card highlights how to make a ombre effect
for a background for the Bethlehem Edgelit die.
The stars are from the coordinating stamp set. (BUNDLE)
I took a piece of 4 x 5 1/4 inch Whisper White cardstock to make the background.

For this card, which was my before the video sample,

The city is cut from a piece of Whisper White that was sponged with Night of Navy - for this card.

The card got changed up in colors for the video:

I switched to some colors I use a little less...
Flirty Flamingo, Rose Red, Sweetsugar Plum, Rich Razzleberry, and Fresh Fig Inks.

The Joy to the World sentiment is from the Hearts Come Home stamp set,
which also has great town edgelit dies to coordinate as well... Bundle them for the best price!

I really like the way these cards turned out...
and have really been enjoying this inking technique!

Is this something you would try doing?

Thanks for coming to Create with Me today!

"According to the grace of God which is given unto me,
as a wise master-builder, I have laid the foundation,
and another buildeth thereon.
But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon."
